St. David’s Foundation invests in a healthy community through funding, hard work, and initiatives to better care for the underserved and uninsured. As a joint owner of St. David’s HealthCare, the Foundation achieves its goals by investing the proceeds from the hospitals back in the Central Texas community. From its beginning in 1924, St. David’s HealthCare has now grown to include six hospitals, four surgery centers, and four urgent care clinics reaching from Georgetown to Kyle.

| 2010 | Foundation grants exceed $24 million, with a total budget of $30 million. |
| 2013 | The Foundation plans to give more than $45 million to the community. |
