Cara Abazari is the Director of Community Affairs at St. David’s Foundation. Cara leads the community affairs programs of the Foundation, including Toast of the Town, the Neal Kocurek Scholarship Program, and AgingWell. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2002, Cara served as Executive Director of Transplants for Children, Development Director of St. Peter-St. Joseph Children’s Home, and Special Projects Manager for the David Robinson Foundation. She received her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from The University of Texas at Austin. In addition to her patience and talent for connecting people to their work, Cara is a gifted plate-spinner and can identify a song within seconds of hearing it.
