Cathy oversees the Foundation’s financial investments program, including investment policies and the external investment firm.

Prior to joining the Foundation in 2015, Cathy served as President of the University of Texas Investment Management Company (UTIMCO).

Cathy has a Bachelor of Business Arts in Accounting from Southern Illinois University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
