Christy develops, implements and manages the Foundation’s budgeting, financial planning, internal controls, accounting and reporting policies for Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and IRS compliance.

Prior to joining the Foundation in 2016, Christy served as Controller for Helping Hand Home for Children. She also held Senior Accountant positions with Hewlett Packard and The Gerson Lehrman Group, and Senior and Lead Auditor positions with Sprouse & Anderson, LLP, Continental Airlines and Ernst & Young, LLP.

Christy has a Master of Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration, both awarded by the University of Texas at Austin. Christy is a Certified Public Accountant.
