Erica develops, implements, and manages the daily operations and strategies of the Dental Program and Dental Operations team, including compliance, process improvements, and quality.

Erica began her career at the Foundation in 2000 as a Dental Assistant, and then served as Scheduling Coordinator, Oral Health Manager, and as Dental Operations Manager.

Erica has a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Administrative Healthcare, both awarded from Concordia University.
