Dr. Kushner oversees the daily operations and management of a regional dental team, and provides dental services to patients of the St. David’s Dental Program, including initial assessments, treatments, and emergency services.

Prior to joining the Foundation in 2011, Dr. Kushner worked in several private and group dental practices in Central Texas.

Dr. Kushner has a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, and a Bachelor of Arts in Plan II and Hispanic Studies from the University of Texas at Austin.
