In her role as Senior Program Officer, Kim oversees the grant process for organizations whose activities fall within school-based behavioral health services, integrated behavioral health care in the primary care setting, and community-based behavioral health services. She acts as a liaison between the Foundation and more than 20 area organizations. Kim joined the Foundation in 2011.
Kim has over fifteen years experience working in the mental health and health policy fields. Prior to her role at the Foundation, Kim held positions at a national consulting firm (Health Management Associates), the Texas Health and Human Services Commission, and Mental Health America.
Kim received her BA in Psychology from Pitzer College in California, and her MPA from the LBJ School at the University of Texas at Austin, where she focused on health policy.
