Erica Castillo is the Senior Dental Operations Officer at St. David’s Foundation. Erica develops, implements, and manages the daily operations and strategies of the Dental Program and Dental Operations team, including compliance, process improvements, and quality. Erica joined the Foundation in 2000 as a Dental Assistant, and has since progressed through roles of increasing responsibility at the Foundation. She has a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Administrative Healthcare from Concordia University. Erica brings her strong sense of ambition and achievement to her work, and enjoys painting and knitting in her free time.
