Nico Alejandro is the Human Resources Coordinator at St. David’s Foundation. Nico supports a variety of Human Resources initiatives, with a specific focus on recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding. Nico also assists with several internal programs, including the Foundation’s employee engagement, learning and development, and wellness programs in addition to supporting other HR functions like performance management, internal communications, and offboarding.
Prior to joining the Foundation in 2024, Nico served in a variety of roles at Help at Home, including Human Resources Coordinator. Nico has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania with a Human Resource Management Concentration and Minor in Organizational Communication. In his free time, Nico enjoys sports, live music, being outdoors, and food! He moved to Austin from Pennsylvania and fell in love with all the local food places. He is always trying new restaurants and food trucks and enjoys talking about food and restaurants to try.
