Faith Robards is the Sr. Dental Human Resources & Administrative Manager at St. David’s Foundation. Faith collaborates with the Dental Leadership team (DLT) and Human Resources team to foster a positive and productive work environment. Faith also manages staff development, engagement, scheduling, full-cycle recruiting, new hire onboarding, compliance, benefits, and performance management for Dental staff. Faith has over 20 years of experience in the Dental field and prior to joining the Foundation in 2024, Faith served as Practice Manager in several Central Texas offices where she oversaw operations and ensured quality patient care. When she’s not supporting our Dental staff, you can find Faith traveling, hiking and spending quality time with family and friends.
