
Pallavi is a Program Officer at St. David’s Foundation. She is responsible for helping envision and manage bodies of work to ensure effective, collaborative, and community-driven implementation of the Foundation’s strategic plan.
She brings an extensive background in health care, having held strategy and execution roles focused on primary care clinical transformation and value-based payment reform across startup, health system, payer, and retail health settings. She most recently led quality efforts on the Health Initiatives team, at Foundation Communities, Central Texas’ largest nonprofit provider of affordable housing. The Health Initiatives team provides wraparound services supporting residents’ health, food security, and wellness needs.
She holds a B.A. in Biology and Plan II Honors from the University of Texas at Austin and an MPH in Health Management from the Yale School of Public Health and Yale School of Management.
A proud Austin native, Pallavi enjoys spending time with her husband, Nico, and their young daughters, Jaya and Isabelle—often exploring parks, attending library story times, or spending time with family at her childhood home.
