St. David's Foundation Dental Program — Summer Camps Scheduling

Every summer, while many children enjoy time off from school, the St. David’s Foundation Dental Program goes into high gear—providing free, high-quality dental care to students across Central Texas led by our team of Board-certified dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants. Since 2000, our Dental Program has provided dental services to kids who might otherwise go without care due to barriers like cost, access, or transportation.

How it Works & Services Provided

The St. David’s Foundation Dental Program offers free dental care to children at Title I elementary schools in Central Texas. This is the largest mobile charity dental program in the country. When school is not in session, our mobile clinics partner with area social service agencies to serve children.

Each of our ten mobile dental clinics is equipped with two dental exam rooms, digital x-rays, and computer workstations. Board-certified dentists, hygienists, and assistants give free high-quality care to children at their schools, so students don’t have to miss class, and parents don’t have to miss work.

The dental clinics offer comprehensive preventive and restorative care, including:

  • Exams and X-rays
  • Cleanings and sealants
  • Tooth-colored fillings
  • Simple extractions
  • Oral health education

Supported by St. David’s Foundation, all Dental Program services are completely free of charge—regardless of a patient’s insurance or immigration status.
