Ed is responsible for managing the Foundation’s IT infrastructure and security, including service desk operations, networks, systems, telecom, and disaster recovery, whether handled internally or by third parties.
With IT experience across industries including healthcare, talent acquisition, government, education, and insurance, Ed specializes in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance management.
