Amy Einhorn is a Senior Program Officer at St. David’s Foundation. Amy develops strategies for the Foundation’s investments in support of new care models in clinical care settings that improve health equity, incorporate social determinants of health, and ensure that the uninsured have access to high quality care. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2019, Amy held roles focused on best practices in the primary care safety net setting, health policy, and health care coverage, serving as a Principal with Health Management Associates, a national consulting firm, and as Director of the Office of Research and Policy Initiatives at the Texas Department of Insurance. Amy has a Bachelor of Psychology from Wesleyan University and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Southern California. Her wide-ranging interests outside of work include cooking, singing, running and learning about the native plants of Texas.
