Diana Hilsman

Project Manager

Diana is the Project Manager at St. David’s Foundation. Diana is responsible for providing project management oversight across the Foundation and coordinating various projects related to the Foundation’s strategic priorities.

With a Master of Public Health in Health Promotion and Behavioral Sciences and Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Texas Woman’s University, Diana began her career in health education and health program coordination before transitioning into project management. Diana joined the Foundation after working as a Project Manager for the Texas Department of Family & Protective Services, Adult Protective Services division, helping their organization launch a large strategic initiative focused on community engagement. She has experience in managing a large federal grant program for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission and served as a Program Specialist with Foundation Communities expanding their healthy food pantry project and managing grants.

In Diana’s free time, she plays beach volleyball and sandlot baseball with her husband.
