Korina Garcia is the Human Resources and Benefits Specialist at St. David’s Foundation. Korina supports and manages a variety of complex Human Resources programs and initiatives, including benefits administration, recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, offboarding as well as manages several internal programs, including the Foundation’s wellness program and the workplace wellness strategy and management. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2021, Korina served as the Human Resources Generalist for Bunkhouse Group and Human Resources Manager at Sansei Gardens in Fremont, California. Her passion for helping others was her inspiration for earning a Bachelor in Business Administration with a Concentration in Human Resources Management from San Jose State University. In her free time, Korina enjoys cooking and exploring Central Texas with her fiancé and their dogs, Penny and Max.
