Lauren is the Evaluation Associate at St. David’s Foundation. She is responsible for supporting the implementation of equity focused evaluation, research, and strategic learning approaches at the Foundation. This role analyzes internal and external data to monitor progress on key indicators and contributes to internal and external evaluations of bodies of work. Prior to joining the Foundation, Lauren evaluated state-funded mental health access initiatives with the Texas Child Mental Health Care Consortium and evaluated employee satisfaction for state and local government agencies, institutions of higher education and nonprofit organizations through her work at the Institute for Organizational Excellence. Lauren received her Bachelor of Science and Arts in Human Development and Family Sciences and her Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering with local film and media organizations, live music, competing in trivia and spending time with her husband and cat.
