Le’Darrion Allen is a Project Manager at St. David’s Foundation. Le’Darrion supports initiatives and priorities across the Foundation through Project Management and Process Improvement. His passion is thinking strategically across a wide array of initiatives and ensuring processes support the Foundation’s mission of achieving health equity. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2018, Le’Darrion worked in program management, grant management, and event planning. He has a Bachelor’s in criminal justice from St. Edward’s University and is working on his Masters at Texas Tech in addition to his Critical Incident Stress Debriefing training and Project Management certification. When he’s not breaking a sweat while powerlifting and running, you can find Le’Darrion unwinding to a good book or by playing guitar.
