Rabecca supports overseeing the legal needs and responsibilities of the Foundation. Rabecca has practiced law since 2003, with expertise in corporate law and litigation, nonprofit and tax-exempt law, and health law. Her experience includes serving as general counsel for a private operating foundation, a public charity, and a disregarded entity of a family foundation. Rabecca is licensed in both Texas and California. She earned her juris doctorate at Columbia Law School and also has a master’s degree in sociology and an executive MBA.
