Samantha Almanza-Stabile is the Human Resources Manager at St. David’s Foundation. Samantha develops, implements, and manages various human resources strategies, including recruiting, onboarding, training, organizational development, and employee engagement. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2018, Samantha previously taught middle school math and science and managed programs for refugees and families experiencing homelessness. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Christian Brothers University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University. Patient and upbeat, Samantha brings her strength in seeing the big picture and learning from the past. When she’s not at her favorite vacation spot, Lake Tahoe, you can find her in her backyard gardening or in her kitchen trying a new recipe.
