Samantha Almanza is the Senior Human Resources Manager at St. David’s Foundation. Samantha leads, manages, and evaluates tactical and innovative human resources programs and initiatives that aim to enhance organizational development and employee engagement. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2018, Samantha previously taught middle school math and science and managed programs for refugees and families experiencing homelessness. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Christian Brothers University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University. Patient and upbeat, Samantha brings her strength in seeing the big picture and learning from the past. When she’s not supporting the employee experience at the Foundation, you can find Samantha having adventures with her wife and son.
