Sheila Kirkconnell is the Dental Operations Manager at St. David’s Foundation. Shirley helps with the day-to-day operations of the Dental Program. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2014, she worked more than 10 years in the healthcare industry and worked as Regional Coordinator for a newborn hearing screening program responsible for multiple teams at 22 hospitals throughout Texas and New Mexico.
