Events Manager

Sunshine is the Events Manager at St. David’s Foundation. Sunshine is responsible for planning, managing logistics, and executing special events, convenings, and internal gatherings throughout the year. With a background in public health and non-profits, she is proud to curate purposeful events that foster vibrant and inclusive communities. Prior to joining St. David’s Foundation, Sunshine worked at the Texas Department of State Health Services, the New Zealand Ministry of Health, UN Women Aotearoa New Zealand, and community service organizations in the Dallas area. She has a Master’s degree in Social Policy from Victoria University of Wellington and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Anthropology from Southern Methodist University. In her downtime, Sunshine enjoys exploring the arts and culture, parks, and famous locales that make Austin the best state capital.
