Susana is the Senior Learning and Evaluation Officer at St. David’s Foundation. Susana is responsible for guiding the Foundation’s learning practices and leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision making about strategy refinement and execution. Susana’s career has been dedicated to developing equitable communities, and prior to joining the Foundation in 2023, Susana worked with non-profits, government institutions, and foundations to support systems change evaluation and research. Susana has a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Psychology from the University of California Berkeley and a Master of Arts in Gerontology from San Francisco State University. She is also a Certified Professional DynaMetrics Programs (PDP) Administrator and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Public Health degree. When Susana is not at work, you can find her enjoying the live music Austin scene with her teenage daughter or cooking at home.
