Yahaira is the Paralegal and Compliance Administrator at St. David’s Foundation. Yahaira is responsible for supporting the Assistant General Counsel’s oversight of legal compliance of corporate structure and governance, HIPAA, contracts, and tax matters. Yahaira graduated from Texas State University with her bachelor’s in criminal justice. She has worked as a paralegal at a number of local nonprofits, including Catholic Charities of Central Texas, Texas Advocacy Project, and Southwest Key Programs. Her legal experience includes Immigration, Family, and Corporate law. Outside of work, Yahaira loves spending time by the river with her husband and their two pups, Theo the bulldog and Jackson the German Shepherd.
