Yubelly Perez is the Dental Program Community Outreach Program Manager at St. David’s Foundation, Yubelly manages and coordinates all aspects of the Community Outreach program for the St. David’s Mobile Dental Program, including strategy development, operations, and expansion plans. Yubelly has worked in Austin’s non-profit sector for more than 10-years, and this has helped her to understand the community, and specially the needs of minority and low-income populations in Central Texas. Yubelly joined the Foundation in 2018 and has a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the Universidad del Rosario and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Ethics from St. Edward’s University, and currently is pursuing a certificate in Strategic Management at Harvard Extension School. An avid, curious thinker, Yubelly values learning from the past and spends her free time watching classic films and documentaries.
