Community Health Needs Assessment
Identifying our community’s needs to improve health and well-being.
As part of tax status, all nonprofit hospitals are required to conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) every 3 years. St. David’s Foundation makes the results of this semiannual report available to our grantees and the general public to broaden shared understanding of our region’s current needs.
