Grantmaking

Annually investing more than $80 million in grants to support community health and well-being.

Advancing health equity through investments & actions

We invest in periods of vulnerability and opportunity across the lifespan – from our youngest children to older adults. We also recognize and work to reduce the barriers to care for our rural neighbors and harness the potential for clinics to serve as community hubs for health.

What We Fund

St. David’s Foundation funds programs and initiatives that support the health and well-being of our community across five areas: Resilient Children, Healthy Women and Girls, Older Adults Age in Place, Thriving Rural Communities, and Clinics as Community Hubs for Health.

How We Fund

At present, St. David’s Foundation grant applications are by invitation only.

Funding Opportunities

Beyond the standard grantmaking process, the Foundation offers some specific funding opportunities to support the emergent needs of our community, the capacity of the nonprofit sector, and innovation to further our strategic priorities.
