Funding Priorities
As a Foundation, we are shifting our approach and culture, including our grantmaking practices, to ensure that our investments are impactful and partnerships are community-focused and equity-driven.
Our Funding Priorities are aligned with and in service of advancing the goals of our 2024-2030 Strategic Plan, Pathways to Health Equity.

Previous Work: 2020-2023 Strategy
Looking back, the 2020-2023 strategy supported the health and well-being of our community across five focus areas. Learning from the progress made within these areas was a key step in the planning process of our 2024-2030 strategic plan. We will continue to support existing core projects in these areas through the end of 2025 as we transition to funding priorities.
